Member accounts and email

For membership, we store your email address, account identifier, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and your story email preference. Supabase provides sign-in, the member database and private photo storage. Stripe processes recurring payments and billing changes. Brevo delivers sign-in links and member emails.

These providers may process data outside Australia. Member data is used to provide access, deliver membership benefits and support your account. You can turn story emails off in your member account; essential sign-in and billing emails are separate. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information, subject to records we must retain.
